🌿 Hanuman Yoga Sutra – Today’s Reflection 🌿
Sutra:
“When the mind is devoted to service, the body becomes strength and the soul becomes fearless.”
Meaning:
Lord Hanuman represents selfless service (Seva), unwavering devotion (Bhakti), and limitless inner power. When a person dedicates his actions to a higher purpose, fear disappears and divine strength awakens within. True yoga is not only postures but the union of devotion, courage, and humility.
Practice for Today:
Begin the day with 3 deep breaths and remember Hanuman.
Perform one act of selfless service for someone.
Repeat mentally: “Shri Hanumate Namah.”
Message:
The one who walks with devotion like Hanuman never walks alone.
